Elite Property has been operating since 2015, developing practical experience in student accommodation and the standards required to provide a reliable living environment.

Our current property, Copperleaf Residence 2, provides NSFAS-accredited accommodation for students in Mthatha, primarily serving students connected with Walter Sisulu University and surrounding tertiary institutions.

We continue to invest in reliable infrastructure, including solar and renewable-energy systems, while contributing to local employment and community development.
